The POD sessions are your intimate transformation space — small groups of 8–12 participants guided by a certified mentor. These sessions are deeply interactive and experiential, focused on integrating the material through process work, sharing, and live feedback. The monthly calls with Christof and Alaya serve as high-frequency transmissions and course-wide activations. These are larger-group calls that open wider energetic context, anchor the field for each phase of the journey, and offer teaching from a planetary and Oversoul perspective.
